The Chamber is a non-profit organization established in 1997 as a sister chamber to the Czech Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Toronto. The Chamber is governed by a body of officials elected once every two years and consisting of five members of the Board of Directors and four to ten additional members of the Administrative Board.
